Scarlett Johansson sure knows how to morph her image.
On Sunday, the day before Esquire magazine named her the Sexiest Woman Alive – revealing a racy sex bomb photo shoot – the actress stepped out in Paris looking bookish as she headed to the set of her new film Lucy.
But once all done up for her role in the Luc Besson-directed movie, she turned into a bombshell with pouty pink lips and a Marilyn Monroe hairstyle.

The first time she was spotted on Sunday, she was wearing her luscious blonde locks in a tight bun and sporting bulky prescription glasses. Her two handlers looked glum as they walked on each side of her.
The Match Point star’s outfit was equally frumpy.
She had an over-sized dark beige grandpa cardigan over royal blue slacks. Neon green Nike trainers added further lunacy to her getup. A silver cuff bracelet also looked out of place.
After some time in the hair and makeup trailer, however, she was reworked to look like a Golden Age goddess as she filmed a scene for the action thriller in a black car.
With her hair fluffed up and wearing soft pink lipstick, she looked red-carpet ready. In the scene, she looks spaced out, however, as if she was in a trance. She sits in a black car and points at something off in the distance.
There was no sign of her French fiance Romain Duriac anywhere.
The film part is a coup for Scarlett, 28.
She’s playing Lucy, a woman forced to be a drug mule in France. But when she accidentally absorbs some of the drug, she develops superpowers. She can move objects with her mind and store information immediately.
As she fights her nemesis, she uses her super strengths.
The role is being compared with the female action character in the 1990 smash hit La Femme Nikita which spawned an American remake with Bridget Fonda.
Lucy also stars Morgan Freeman.
Scarlett recently wrapped the film Chef with Robert Downey Jr., in which he plays a cook who starts a food truck service after being fired from his restaurant job.
The New York native announced her engagement to Romain on September 4 after flashing her diamond ring at the Venice International Film Festival where she promoted Under the Skin.
She was spotted several times last month with her future husband, often dressed casually while heading out for a meal.
Scarlett divorced Ryan Reynolds in 2011 after three years of marriage. She subsequently dated Sean Penn and Nate Naylor.
