Ariana Grande’s new album: Did you know about the story of 40 seconds of silence in ‘Get Well Soon’?

Ariana Grande ‘s new album Sweetener  has just been released not long ago, she has warmed the hearts of fans with her emotional gesture to commemorate the victims of the bombing in Manchester.

Specifically, the song Get Well Soon was played within 5:22, and she intentionally added 40 seconds of silence to commemorate, and at the same time to match the number 22.5 which is the day of the catastrophic terrorist incident. (May 22, 2017). Get Well Soon is the 15th song on the album Sweetener, which was just released on August 17.

The singer performed at the One Love: Manchester concert to raise money to support the victims of the terrible terrorist attack.

The singer shared that Get Well Soon was also a way for her to fight the consequences at that year’s concert, which killed 22 people after the show ended. Ari has previously paid homage to the victims by tattooing a bee behind her ear. The bee in Manchester is an important symbol of the city.

In a recent interview with FADER, Ari shared how it felt to give the demo to fans before the official recording.

“What makes me feel better is opening up and accepting that I’m hurt, and I know my fans feel the same way. I told them about it. I have fans like my friends. I have their number, and we chat a lot. I let them listen before the official recording. And they were kind of grateful to me for letting them listen to that recording….”
