One Piece: The Ten Titanic Captains Of The Blackbeard Pirates

Blackbeard’s pirate crew is made up of the Ten Titanic Captains, a group a powerful individuals.

The Blackbeard Pirates are one of the crews of the Four Emperors of the Sea in One Piece, led by Admiral Marshall D. Teach, also known as Blackbeard. This crew was established shortly before the 2-year timeskip when their captain, Teach, defected from the Whitebeard Pirates and established his own group, which now consists of the Ten Titanic Captains.

The Blackbeard Pirates are exceptionally powerful, especially since they became a Yonko crew. They have been hunting for powerful Devil Fruit abilities and, with time, they are slowly rising in terms of strength and influence in the world of One Piece. With the story now in its final saga, the importance of the Blackbeard Pirates has grown more than ever before and their Ten Titanic Captains have now come into play as well.

10Doc Q – 9th Ship Captain

Doc Q is the Captain of the Ninth Ship of the Blackbeard Pirates and most likely the weakest of the Ten Titanic Captains of the crew as well. He was introduced very early to the fans in the Jaya arc, along with Blackbeard himself.

He has the power of the Sick Sick Fruit and he is able to create and spread diseases at will. He also has a partner with him at all times, a horse named Stronger, who has the powers of the Mythical Zoan Uma Uma no Mi, Model: Pegasus.

9Lafitte – 5th Ship Captain

Lafitte captains the Fifth Ship of the Blackbeard Pirates and, out of all the members, he remains to be one of the biggest mysteries at the moment. He has the powers of an unknown fruit that has given him wings.

At the same time, he has to powers of hypnosis. Lafitte can also use a cane in battle, however, his proficiency with it remains to be seen. He’s also extremely agile, however, his full strength has not been seen yet, which is why he’s weaker in comparison to the others for the moment.

8Sanjuan Wolf – 7th Ship Captain

Sanjuan Wolf is the Captain of the 7th Ship of the Blackbeard Pirates. He is a giant who likely hails from the island of Elbaf. At the same time, he has also eaten a Paramecia type of Devil Fruit called the Deka Deka no Mi, which grants him a ginormous size.

So far, the maximum size that he can grow to has been noted to be 180 m, however, the size might increase even further. Wolf might possess tremendous amounts of strength that surpasses any other member of the Ten Titanic Captains.

7Vasco Shot – 8th Ship Captain

Vasco Shot is the Captain of the 8th Ship of the Blackbeard Pirates and he is certainly among the most dangerous pirates on the seas right now.

He was recently revealed to be a user of the Gabu Gabu no Mi, which is a Paramecia type of Devil Fruit and it likely has to do with alcohol production. His powers have not been seen yet, however, his showing against Hancock was less than impressive as he lost within a matter of seconds.

6Catarina Devon – 6th Ship Captain

Catarina Devon is the Captain of the Sixth Ship of the Blackbeard Pirates. She is known to be the most vicious female pirate in the history of piracy itself.

Devon is exceptionally powerful and she has a Mythical Zoan Devil Fruit named the Inu Inu no Mi, Model: Kyubi no Kitsune. This Devil Fruit allows her to turn into a Mythical Nine-tailed Fox at will and, at the same time, take on the appearance of other people. She’s certainly going to be very powerful in combat.

5Avalo Pizarro – 4th Ship Captain

The Corrupt King, Avalo Pizzaro is the Captain of the Fourth Ship of the Blackbeard Pirates. He was recently revealed to have the power of the Shima Shima no Mi, using which he can assimilate with and control Islands at well.

Evidently, his ability is extremely overpowered, and defeating him and combat would be an arduous task for anyone.

4Van Augur – 3rd Ship Captain

Van Augur is the sharpshooter of the Blackbeard Pirates and he captains the Third Ship of the crew. while he isn’t the strongest, he has great skill when it comes to gunslinging.

He’s also a great user of Observation Haki. At the same time, Van Augur also has a Devil Fruit named the Wapu Wapu no Mi. This is a Paramecia type of Devil Fruit that helps him warp himself and those in his vicinity to a nearby place instantaneously. His full strength remains to be seen.

3Jesus Burgess – 1st Ship Captain

Jesus Burgess is one of the original members of the Blackbeard Pirates and he’s also the Captain of the First Ship of the group and one of the Ten Titanic Captains. Burgess is extremely powerful and, in terms of physical strength, he might be the strongest that the crew has.

On top of being an expert at wrestling and a great Haki user, he also has the powers of the Paramecia type Riki Riki no Mi, which increases his physical strength dramatically. Using his powers, he can even lift a mountain with ease and that just goes to show how dangerous he is in combat.

2Shiryu- 2nd Ship Captain

Shiryu is the Second Ship Captain of the Blackbeard Pirates and one of the strongest Titanic captains that Teach has under him. He is the former Head Jailer of Impel Down and is known to have excellent skills when it comes to swordsmanship.

Shiryu is known to be equal to Magellan and that puts into perspective how strong he is. On top of that, he now has the powers of the Suke Suke no Mi, which makes him an invisible human.

1Kuzan – 10th Ship Captain

Undoubtedly, the strongest of the Ten Titanic Captains of the Blackbeard Pirates is none other than the former Admiral of the Navy, Kuzan, also known as Aokiji. When it comes to strength, he is not all that behind Fleet Admiral Sakazuki.

He has incredible control over Haki. He also has a Logia-type ability known as the Hie Hie no Mi, which makes him an Ice Human and allows him to produce ice and manipulate it at will. Kuzan is incredibly powerful and certainly the strongest Yonko Commander that the fans have seen in the story so far.
