LEROY SANE is allegedly commuting from England to Germany to play for Bayern Munich.
The report from Bild claims it is due to his girlfriend not wishing to live in Munich – although she refutes this.
The former Manchester City winger, 27, was a noticeable absentee from Bayern Munich training during the international break after being left out of Germany’s squad.
That led to Bild reporting that the 27-year-old was granted time off to spend time with his partner Candice Brook and their children, Rio Stella and Milo.
It went on to state that the star’s family have moved back to England as Candice does not want to live in Munich and now splits her time between London and Manchester.
And the publication claimed that has left Sane having to regularly commute between the three cities.
However, American model Candice has blasted those reports and says that she is unable to live in Germany due to reasons beyond her control.
She wrote: “Anything for Click bait. Here’s some facts since y’all wanna be goofy.
“We cannot live in Germany. It’s impossible, has nothing to do with what I want.
“I don’t care who doesn’t like me, I haven’t missed a meal, a flight or a bill over someone else’s opinion.”
She then added: “Go worry about yourself.”
Candice’s claim that they are unable to live in Germany has created a mystery as why they are not living there.
Sane left Man City, who he will face in the last-eight of the Champions League next month, back in 2020.
He has come under-fire since the World Cup having only produced three goals and one assist in the four months since.
And just weeks ago the star was fuming when the team bus left without him.
He allegedly arrived six minutes late for the coach after staying behind at training to practice free-kicks.
The bus left for their Bundesliga fixture against Borussia Monchengladbach without him, meaning he had to travel to the game in a private car.
