But Jason Statham treated himself to a break from his busy schedule as he enjoyed some quality time with his toddler son Jack, two, during a walk around Beverly Hills, California, on Tuesday afternoon.

The Italian Job star, 52 – who shares his adorable child with fiancée Rosie Huntington-Whiteley – opted for comfort for his casual outing as he sported a simple white T-shirt, teamed with low-slung shorts.

Maintaining his low-key appearance, the British actor strolled along the streets of LA in a pair of flip-flops and rocked a sporty baseball cap.

Jason was every inch the doting parent as he affectionately carried his child on his shoulders during their sweet outing.

In his latest Fast & Furious film – directed by David Leitch from a script by longtime Fast & Furious narrative architect Chris Morgan – the screen star plays assassin-turned-mercenary Deckard Shaw.

In October last year, Jason’s fiancée Rosie admitted she has a lot less time to spend on her beauty routines since she became a mother.

The Snatch actor and the model, who started dating in 2010, welcomed little Jack into the world in June two years ago.

Catwalk queen Rosie, 32, said she can no longer spend 45 minutes in the shower and 20 minutes deciding what to wear now that she has to look after little Jack.

Rosie has mastered juggling her mummy duties with getting ready by cutting corners as she now will choose between doing her hair and make-up.

She told VOGUE: ‘I think it’s changed because I have way less time to spend on myself!

‘Like now when I’m doing my beauty routine I have a little visitor in my bathroom who also likes to play with all my products and pour them out all over the floor. Your time is compromised…

‘Now whatever time you have, you have to make use of it. Often now I have a choice between make-up or hair. And I spend a lot more time in my gym gear!’
