The Suicide Squad star was glowing as she fluttered her fingers at the photographers
MARGOT Robbie couldn’t keep the smile from her face as she showed off her enormous wedding ring at an awards ceremony in Los Angeles.
It was the first red carpet appearance for 26-year-old Margot following her low key wedding to British film director Tom Ackerley.
As she arrived at the Marie Claire Image Maker Awards, Margot instinctively put her left hand up to her face, revealing the huge diamond sparkler in all its glory.
Margot let her ring do all the talking, wearing a simple black leather top over a flowing skirt.
She kept her hair and make-up natural, with her long blonde locks carefully brushed over her shoulders to show off her loose curls.
The Suicide Squad actress was joined by make-up artist to the stars Pati Dubroff and the pair squealed with delight when they saw each other.
Later they posed for pictures on the carpet, with stunning Margot unable to keep the grin from her face as she showed off her left hand.
Margot and Tom married in Byron Bay, Australia on October 19, three years after they met.
The pair later confirmed their happy news in an Instagram post.
Kissing her new husband, Margot put her ring finger up for the camera and confirmed what her fans had been hoping for.
Just hours before their wedding, Margot arrived in Australia wearing a t-shirt branded with the words “I Do”.
The couple were joined by 50 guests for the private ceremony, with Margot and Tom banning all use of cameras and mobile phones during their big day.
Margot and Tom are notoriously private and rarely speak about each other in interviews – with Margot breaking the rule to once declare Tom as “the best looking guy in London”.
Earlier this year, Margot’s mum Sarie Kessler, 60, gushed about her son-in-law-to-be.
The physiotherapist said: “They were friends and met while she was living in London, five friends together rented a house in Clapham, they loved it.
“She loves Tom, he’s the one, he’s the man in her life, he’s a gorgeous and delightful person.”
