The 2023 Golden Globe nominations were revealed on December 12.

According to insiders, Tom Cruise is also furious with his rival friend Brad Pitt. The War of the Worlds actor has apparently been “obsessed” with outdoing his Interview with a Vampire co-star, given that he already has an Oscar win for last year’s Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and garnered a Golden Globe nod for his role in Babylon.

It stinks that Brad, once again, seems to have milked his relationship with the foreign journalists at the Globes to get his own movie — which many consider way inferior to Top Gun — a ton of nods. As far as Tom’s concerned, this snub is all Brad’s fault!

Additionally, according to sources, Cruise may not only be irritated by Brad Pitt. Sources claim that he is avoiding ex-friend Will Smith’s calls after Chris Rock received the public Oscar smack. According to Cruise’s acquaintances, he has reached the point where he wants to flee Hollywood because of the recent political unrest there. If a Top Gun 3 has been discussed, that will be difficult for the actor who seeks thrills. He will also be required to promote Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Parts 1 and 2. Therefore, it might be easier said than done in this case.
