Adele offered fans a rare glimpse inside her $9.5million (£7.7m) Beverly Hills mansion on Friday as she promoted her new single Easy On Me with a series of virtual radio interviews.
The singer, 33, sat in front of a well-stocked bookshelf which housed telling titles such as Vogue Weddings: Brides, Dresses and Designers – hinting she could be gearing up for a second marriage with sports agent boyfriend Rich Paul, 39.
Her appearance came as Adele – who has shed 100lbs after becoming ‘addicted to exercise’ while away from the spotlight – dropped her first musical release in five years.
Adele’s brand new single Easy On Me is the first track taken from her upcoming album, 30, which reflects upon her divorce from ex-husband Simon Konecki, 47, in 2019.

The award-winning vocal talent counts a whole host of stars, including BFF Jennifer Lawrence, Zoe Saldana, Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem as well as Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher, as immediate neighbours in the star-studded enclave where she lives in LA.
Known for being notoriously private, Adele has only given fans rare glimpses into her home through the odd image she’s shared on social media, especially in lockdown over the past year.
However, as she chatted away to the likes of Radio 2’s Zoe Ball and Capital FM’s Roman Kemp, the songstress’s bookshelf within her lavish study dropped a selection of subtle clues surrounding her LA lifestyle and future plans.

Vogue Weddings: Brides, Dresses, Designers
Despite a shock divorce from Charity CEO husband Simon, following the pair’s split in 2019, the Brit winner seems to be keeping herself in-the-loop with the latest wedding trends.

Confirming things are becoming serious with her beau, she recently confirmed her new relationship to the iconic publication, as she fronted the cover for both US Vogue and British Vogue. Adele said of Rich: ‘Yes, we’re together. We’re very happy.
‘I’m a 33-year-old divorced mother of a son, who’s actually in charge. The last thing I need is someone who doesn’t know where they’re at, or what they want. I know what I want. And I really know what I don’t want.’

The Essential Lewis & Clark – Meriwether Lewis & William Clark
A doting mum to eight-year-old son Angelo, it seems Adele has introduced her tot to the expeditions of Lewis and Clark.
Telling the true story of how Captain Meriwether Lewis and Second Lieutenant William Clark crossed the United States following the Louisiana Purchase, the chart-topper seems keen to keep her youngster brushed up on his knowledge of US history.
The House Book by Peter Andrews
With a portfolio of properties amassing a jaw-dropping $30 million, it’s no surprise Adele needs somewhere to draw interior design inspiration from.
Peter Andrews’ The House Book ‘presents a vibrant and fresh view of architects and designers responsible for some of the most widely diverse international selection of houses of all time’.
Presenting 500 architects in A-Z order, the catalogue was published all the way back in 2001 – just before the Someone Like You singer enrolled into the prestigious Brit School in London.

She’s known to be Rolling In The Deep, but this time she’s Rolling With The Stones with Bill Wyman’s autobiography. The band’s bassist, until his departure in 1993, Wyman features on smash hits including Paint It Black, Start Me Up and Miss You.
A longtime fan of The Rolling Stones, Adele has been friendly with frontman Mick Jagger since they met at a party held by his daughter Jade Jezebel in 2008.
A source told The Sun: ‘When people started mocking Adele’s table manners good old Mick leapt to her defence saying he loved her ‘couldn’t care less’ attitude. He said it was refreshing to meet someone like her.
‘When Jade then told him Adele was the ‘Chasing Pavements’ singer he knew the song and said they should get together for a gig.’
Adele added: ‘I couldn’t believe it when I realised I was sitting opposite Mick Jagger. I was really nervous. I wasn’t making any sense when I was talking to him but he was really charming.’

Debuting at the Brooklyn Museum in 2009, the artwork has graced the walls of a plethora of US galleries, and has been encapsulated into a hardback.

Life With Earth Wind & Fire by Maurice White
Another title paying homage to her musical icons and influences is Life With Earth Wind & Fire by Maurice White – the mastermind behind disco favourites including September, Let’s Groove and Boogie Wonderland.
The book was published posthumously following Maurice White’s death in 2016 following a battle with Parkinson’s Disease.
The autobiography documents the singer’s poverty-stricken childhood and experience with racism before moving on to found the Grammy winning band, Earth, Wind & Fire.
Aside from her vast book collection, sitting upon Adele’s shelf was a bronze bust of influential playwright William Shakespeare, along with a vintage framed blue print featuring the text, ‘Radio Service’ – no doubt a nod to her successful music career that has seen rack her up 15 Grammy Awards and nine Brit Awards.

The latest look into Adele’s home comes after the star was seen sharing uploads of her hanging out at her property in LA during lockdown last year.
In June 2020, Adele was seen hanging out in her living room re-living her headlining set at Glastonbury festival in 2016. She donned the same dress she wore for her knockout performance as she played it back on a flat TV screen that was fitted into a modern-looking unit up against the wall.
Adele revealed her penchant for house plants, as a number of green-leafed pots dressed up the room, with the star seen crouching down by the TV next to a brown leather sofa and chic yellow-trimmed coffee table.
Eagle-eyed fans were quick to notice that Adele has included a huge nod back to where she grew up in Tottenham and her London roots, as she has a huge ‘Tottenham Hale’ tube sign in her garden.
It was visible through slats in the blinds and sent fans into a frenzy on Twitter, with one posting: ‘Peeped the Tottenham Hale tube sign through her blinds!! We STAN a #N17 QUEEN!!! @Adele.’
Another tweeted: ‘Adele having a tottenham hale tube station sign in her garden is possibly the best design feature i have ever seen anywhere ever.’
‘Can’t take the girl out of Tottenham’: Adele also has a huge London tube sign with ‘Tottenham Hale’ across it in her garden – eagle eyed fans spotted the sign when she shared a snap of her hanging out in her living room last year
Home sweet home: Adele was seen reliving her Glastonbury headlining performance from 2016 in the same dress from the comfort of her LA living room in June 2020
She has often referred to growing up in London in the lyrics of her songs, including Hometown Glory and River Lea, with Adele previously saying of the North London area: ‘I have very fond memories of Tottenham. There’s a saying, you can take a girl out of Tottenham, but you can’t take Tottenham out of the girl.’
Adele followed up her post with another snap of a different room in her house, as she channelled her inner Beyoncé in a similar outfit worn by the Crazy In Love singer pictured on screen.

A month earlier in May 2020, on her birthday, Adele debuted her huge weight loss for the first time, as she snapped a picture of herself posing in a pretty black dress while stood outside her LA home.
At the time, she wrote: ‘Thank you for the birthday love. I hope you’re all staying safe and sane during this crazy time. I’d like to thank all of our first responders and essential workers who are keeping us safe while risking their lives! You are truly our angels ♥️ 2020 okay bye thanks x.’

She showed off the white panelled exterior of her home, which was lined with neat plants along the outside around the edge and wisteria growing up the wall, while the windows hinted at the pad’s cosy interior inside.
Adele purchased her Beverly Hills mansion in 2019 and it’s where she spends most of her time now with son Angelo.
She held radio interviews to discuss her new single release Easy On Me from the confines of her LA home, following the track’s midnight release and the release of its official music video on YouTube.
Since its release, Adele’s video for Easy On Me has racked up an impressive 25million views on YouTube already.
Fans flooded to social media to react to the powerful ballad, with many revealing they were left crying hysterically at Adele’s moving vocals.
The single went down a storm with fans who took to Twitter to claim it was giving them ‘goosebumps’ and making them ‘sob’ – with one going as far to claim it made them want to get a divorce themselves.

The lyrics include the lines, ‘We’re both so deeply stuck in our ways, you can’t deny how hard I’ve tried. I changed who I was to put you both first,’ as well as, ‘Go easy on me. I was still a child, didn’t get the chance to feel the world around me, had no time to choose, what I chose to do, so go easy on me…
‘I had good intentions and high hopes but I know it now probably doesn’t even show.’
Fans voiced their approval on social media, with one simply penning: ‘Adele’s new song = goosebumps! Never in doubt of that queen!’
Another agreed: ‘Goosebumps listening to that new Adele drop. What a beautiful song man!’
A third chimed in: ‘Literally goosebumps all over, Adele is just incredible! Literally goosebumps all over my body!!’
Another joked, ‘Currently crying and throwing up at this new Adele!’ as someone else agreed: ‘Adele really got us single ass people crying over a breakup that never happened!’
Speaking about the single, Adele said she finds it ‘beautiful’ that it was the first track she wrote for her upcoming album, titled 30, scheduled for release in November, and it’s now the first release from the new record too.
Back with a bang: Adele opened up about how ‘hard’ it was to write her new track Easy On Me in an honest interview with BBC Radio 2 host Zoe Ball on Friday
Nervous: She admitted she ‘got frightened’ of making music as it required her to ‘unlock’ the door to her mental health for everyone to see following her painful split from ex-husband Simon Konecki
Healing: Adele described making her new album as her ‘outlet’ for dealing with her divorce, as she revealed Easy On Me was the first song she wrote for her new record
In the end it was Easy On Me because its got this soaring chorus and it just felt like a “me” song. Having been away so long, I felt like this is what people were waiting for.’
Adele continued: ‘Last time on 25 [previous album], it was obvious, [the first single] it was Hello.
‘Easy On Me was the first song I wrote for the [new] album, so it’s really beautiful that it ended up being the first song I released.’
Speaking honestly about the recording process, Adele told host Zoe Ball: ‘It was bloody hard work to make.
‘I was singing things I didn’t even realise I was feeling or thinking, but I’m really proud of it.’
She continued: ‘I can’t unlock a key to the door with my mental health and take it with me, I’ve got to leave it in the door for everyone else… I’m in a strong place to put that vulnerability out… I’m really proud of it.’
Having previously described her divorce as the ‘most turbulent period of her life’, Adele confessed: ‘I feel like I lost sight and lost the appreciation of what a gift it is to make music.
‘I got a bit frightened of it for a while, but it really took care of me. Not just making this record, my own record, but diving back into old records of other people’s that I loved; discovering new artists on Soundcloud or whatever. It brought so much joy to my life being able to listen to music and wail at the top of my lungs along to me own bloody songs as I was writing them.
‘I don’t know what my outlet would have been had I not had it… It was bloody hard work to make emotionally.’
New era: Adele is set to release new album 30 in November and says it reflects the ‘inner turmoil’ she felt during one of the ‘most turbulent’ periods of her life
