MANCHESTER UNITED fans were loving seeing Marcus Rashford and Jesse Lingard back together as the pair enjoyed a birthday party.
The pair met up to celebrate pal Sunny Digwa’s 35th birthday.
They posed together for photos and looked relaxed after mixed results in the Premier League over the weekend.
Rashford, 25, featured in United’s 1-0 win over Aston Villa while Lingard was an unused substitute for Nottingham Forest in their loss at Brentford.
Both were all smiles as they posed for a group photo with other friends in what appears to be a nightclub.
The pair donned sunglasses and looked in good spirits.
United fans were pleased to see the snaps of pals Rashford and Lingard re-uniting after the latter left Old Trafford last summer.
One wrote: “Just seeing Marcus and Jesse together is so nice.”
Another added: “Jesse and Marcus sight you my gees 😍”
A third said: “Rashford and Lingard at a party together the drip 🔥”
Lingard and Rashford are close friends with the former once describing the England star as a “little brother”.
The two stars regularly give the world an insight into their bond through social media and their friendship stemmed from Lingard defending Rashford during a feisty Manchester derby in 2016.
Lingard said: “He got into a little bit of beef and I had to be there for him, and from then it’s carried on and I’ll always be there for him no matter what.”
