Selena Gomez took to Instagram Thursday morning to share a rare throwback photo with friend Connar Franklin.

In the image 30-year-old Selena and her 25-year-old friend sat next to each other on the hood of an orange convertible with matching haircuts.

The former child star wrote in the caption to her 371 million fans: ‘Remember when we thought we looked SO good with short hair.’

Their dark dark tresses mirrored each other, complete with wispy matching bangs, and the photo was snapped with a retro filter.

Gomez coordinated with the cool car as she donned a sleeveless orange and yellow sweater.

The longtime entertainer made a pouty face while her her close friend gave a closed-mouth smile while wearing a short-sleeved, button-up black blouse.

Selena wore cat-eye sunglasses on top of her head while Connar adorned her hair with two light-colored barrettes.

The post has so far received more than one million likes, with excited fans joining in the comments to compliment their looks.

Connar replied by writing under the photo, ‘bahahahaha …. this was a phase for sure. also not us doing the same hair for like an entire year.’

Earlier this month Selena playfully chastised Connar and new fiancé Aaron Carpenter  as she congratulated them on their recent engagement.

The RARE Beauty founder posted snaps chronicling her friendship with the couple as she celebrated the occasion on social media.

‘Congratulations to some of my favorite people on this earth. Took you guys long enough!’ the star captioned the post.

The multihyphenate was also active on Instagram on Wednesday as she shared a black and white photo from the set of her hit Hulu show Only Murders in the Building.

The cast shocked fans when several of them shared content from the set of season three with legendary actress Meryl Streep joining the group.

‘Very, very grateful lady!’ Selena captioned the image, which featured costars Paul Rudd, Martin Short, and Steven Martin, along with Streep.

She continued, ‘@onlymurdershulu @hulu @johnnyhoffman5 thank you for making this wanna be an unbelievably, absurdly happy human.’
