With the war of Wano turning the tides of the era, One Piece has seen some massive bounty increases.

The One Piece world has quite a lot of powerful pirates who have acquired huge bounties over the years. These pirates have established themselves as important figures in the New World, however, their notoriety and infamy wasn’t always that high. The majority of them had humble beginnings and started off with low bounties.

Gradually, the numbers placed on their heads increased and, in some cases, even took a massive jump. From East Blue all the way to Wano, here are the biggest bounty increases that the fans have seen in the story so far.

In the One Piece world, the age of piracy is more turbulent than ever before and that means new pirates keep making waves across the oceans while the old pirates keep solidifying their authority even further. Since the age is more unstable than ever, it only means that the bounties are that much higher at this moment. After the conclusion of the Wano Country arc, the pirates of the One Piece world are starting to make an even bigger mark on the age. Consequently, these pirates were branded with new bounties. While this list went over the former greatest bounty increases in the story, it has now been updated to the latest bounty increases.

21.Scratchmen Apoo – 198 To 350 Million Berries

Scratchmen Apoo is one of the members of the Worst Generation and the captain of the On-Air Pirates. He was introduced to the fans during the Sabaody Archipelago arc where his bounty was revealed to be 198 million berries.

After the timeskip, Apoo’s reward was increased to 350 million berries, which is a significant increase of 152 million berries. Apoo has since then started working for Kaido and, after his fall, his current allegiance remains unknown.

20. Sanji- 177 To 330 Million Berries

A member of the Straw Hat Pirates, Sanji is an incredibly powerful fighter. Although not one of the members of the Worst Generation, Sanji is stronger than the majority of them. His skill as a fighter was recognized late by the Government and, as such, he received his first bounty quite late compared to the likes of Zoro and Luffy.

Nonetheless, Sanji has also received a massive increase after the timeskip when his bounty jumped from 177 million to 330 million, which is an increase of 153 million berries.

19. Capone Gang Bege – 138 To 300 Million

A pirate from the West Blue and a member of the Worst Generation, Capone Gang Bege is the captain of the Fire Tank Pirates. He’s an exceptionally crafty fighter who is known to betray his allies quite often.

His cruel ways have earned him quite a reputation and given him massive bounties as well. During the Sabaody Archipelago arc, it was revealed that he had a bounty of 138 million berries on his head. After the timeskip, this figure increased to 300 million, which is an increase of 162 million berries.

18. Usopp – 30 Million To 200 Million

The Sniper of the Straw Hat Pirates, Usopp is one of the weakest members of the crew yet often finds himself gaining a lot of notoriety. He received his first bounty of 30 million berries after the events of the Enies Lobby arc.

After the events of the Dressrosa arc, Usopp’s bounty substantially increased to 200 million berries, which is a staggering increase of 170 million berries.

17. Jewelry Bonney – 140 Million To 320 Million

Jewelry Bonney is a member of the Worst Generation and she made her debut during the Sabaody Archipelago arc. There, it was revealed to the fans that Bonney has a bounty of 140 million berries, which was rather high.

After the timeskip, very little has been seen of her. However, Bonney is central to the Egghead Island arc where it was revealed that her current bounty is 320 million berries. This means that Bonney has received a significant increase of 180 million berries.

16. Roronoa Zoro – 120 Million To 320 Million Berries

The Combatant of the Straw Hat Pirates, Roronoa Zoro is one of the strongest swordsmen in the One Piece world. He was famed as the Pirate Hunter long before he even joined Luffy’s crew and his notoriety has only shot through the roof over the years.

Zoro’s first bounty was 60 million berries, which he received after the Alabasta arc. Following the events of Enies Lobby, he received a 120 million berries bounty which shot up to 320 million after the events of the Dressrosa arc, seeing an increase of 200 million.

15. Nami, Brook, Franky, Usopp (366, 383, 396, 500 Million Respectively)

Nami, Brook, Franky, and Usopp are all members of the Straw Hat Pirates and four of the nine officers under Luffy. All of them have tremendously high bounties after the war of Wano. Currently, Nami possesses a reward of 366 million berries on her head. Brook has a 383 million bounty while Frankie has a 394 million berry bounty. Usopp has the highest bounty of the bunch with 500 million berries. While their bounties differ greatly, the increase that they received was the same – a flat 300 million.

14. Charlotte Linlin – 50 Million To 500 Million

A force of nature itself, Charlotte Linlin was born monstrously powerful. After her parents abandoned her, Mother Carmel took care of her, actually intending to sell her to the Navy. Even before Linlin ate her Devil Fruit, she was said to have the potential to become the Navy Fleet Admiral one day.

After she ate Carmel and received her Devil Fruit powers, Linlin became a pirate. Her first bounty was 50 million berries which then increased to 500 million berries – a staggering increase of 450 million berries. Her other increases are not known to the fans just yet, however, her final bounty was 4.388 billion berries.

13. Robin – 130 Million To 930 Million

Nico Robin is a member of the Straw Hat Pirates and also one of the nine officers under Luffy. After the events of the timeskip, Robin was given a bounty of 130 million berries. After the war of Wano, she received her new bounty which is 930 million berries, just 70 million shy of a billion. Robin’s increase was 800 million berries and was certainly very well deserved.

12. Jinbe – 438 Million To 1.1 Billion

Jinbe is the latest addition to Luffy’s crew and he joined them officially during the Wano country arc where he ended up fighting against the Beast Pirates as well. Jinbe was formerly a Shichibukai and after the re-evaluation of his bounty, the reward stood at 438 million berries. After Wano, this reward shot up to 1.1 billion berries. Overall, Jinbe received a significant increase of 662 million berries, which is very high.

11. Sanji – 330 Million To 1.032 Billion

Sanji is one of the three strongest pirates under Luffy and is also one of Luffy’s two wings. After the events of the Whole Cake Island arc, Sanji received a bounty of 330 million berries, which, at the time, surpassed that of even Zoro by 10 million.

After Wano, where Sanji defeated one of the commanders of Kaido, his bounty shot up even higher and is currently 1.032 billion berries. Sanji received an increment of 702 million berries, which is extremely high.

10. Zoro – 320 Million To 1.111 Billion

Zoro is the strongest underling of Luffy and, just like Sanji, he is one of Luffy’s two wings. Zoro has made quite a name for himself in the world of pirates. Before Wano, his bounty stood at 320 million berries. After defeating King the Wildfire, this bounty shot up even further and stands at 1.111 billion berries. Zoro received a sizable increase of 791 million berries.

9. Luffy – 1.5 Billion To 3 Billion Berries

The Captain of the Straw Hat Pirates, Luffy is one of the most notorious figures in the One Piece world. Right from the very beginning of his journey, he was considered to be a pirate worth keeping eyes on.

Not only did he become the meanest man in the East Blue, but he also achieved great infamy in the Grand Line’s Paradise half and then the New World as well. Luffy’s bounty during the Wano Country arc was 1.5 billion berries and it shot up to 3 billion berries after he defeated Kaido, seeing an increase of 1.5 billion berries.

8. Hancock – 80 Million To 1.659 Billion

Hancock is one of the former Warlords of the Sea who fans saw very little of after the two-year timeskip. After the events of Wano wrapped up, fans finally got to see her again and she was seen fighting against both the Navy and the Blackbeard Pirates all by herself, which is incredible. Fans also got to see her new bounty, which was revealed to be 1.659 billion berries. Her old bounty was 80 million berries, which means that she received a sizable bounty increase of 1.579 billion berries.

7. Crocodile – 80 Million To 1.965 Billion

Crocodile is another former Warlord and he was known to have a bounty of 80 million berries during the Alabasta arc. Crocodile then ended up in Impel Down and after his escape, much of his whereabouts remained unknown.

He recently made his appearance in One Piece again as a member of the Cross Guild and it was revealed to the fans that he has a bounty of 1.965 billion berries. His reward has increased by 1.885 billion.

6. Trafalgar Law – 500 Million To 3 Billion Berries

The Surgeon of Death, Trafalgar Law is a famous pirate from the North Blue. With the powers of the Ope Ope no Mi, he’s gained tremendous infamy over the years.

Law teamed up with Luffy to take down Doflamingo and earned a bounty of 500 million berries following his fall. After he took down Big Mom with Eustass Kid, his bounty increased to 3 billion berries which is a massive increase of 2.5 billion.

5. Eustass Kid – 470 – 3 Billion Berries

Hailing from the South Blue, Eustass Kid leads to Kid Pirates. He’s known to be a ruthless pirate who’d killed quite a few on his way to Sabaody Archipelago.

After the two-year timeskip, he received a 470 million berries bounty. He joined forces with Trafalgar Law in the Wano Country arc to take down Big Mom. Consequently, his bounty increased to 3 billion berries which is a significant increase of 2.530 billion berries.

4. 3Mihawk – ?? – 3.590 Billion

Fans do not know what Mihawk’s old bounty was. However, it is likely that this reward was very high, closing in on a billion, or slightly higher, given the fact that he was known as the Marine Hunter and thus, in active opposition to the World Government’s military face. While fans do not know his old bounty, his current one stands at 3.590 billion berries.

2. Shanks – 1.04 Billion – 4.048 Billion

Shanks is one of the Four Emperors of the Sea and it is no surprise that he has a very high bounty right now. Fans also got to see a bit of his e arly life, thanks to Film Red, and it was revealed that Shanks’ old bounty was 1.04 billion berries. Currently, Shanks has a bounty of 4.0489 billion berries. This means that Shanks has received a very high increment of slightly over 3 billion berries.

1. Buggy 15 – 3.189 Billion

Buggy is one of the most intriguing characters in One Piece. Introduced quite early in the series during the Orange Town arc, he was revealed to have a bounty of 15 million berries. Buggy isn’t all that powerful, however, he has a history of failing upwards. After the Marineford War, he became one of the Shichibukai and, thus, his 15 million berry bounty was frozen.

Following the dissolution of the Shichibukai system, Buggy became one of the Yonko, thanks to his pedigree and his connections in the New World. It was recently revealed that his bounty stands at 3.189 billion berries currently. This means that Buggy has received the biggest bounty increment and One Piece so far of 3.174 billion berries.
