The Kardashian-Jenner family have reached an incredible Instagram milestone, after attracting more than one billion followers between them.

As the popular family members continue their quest for global dominance it has been revealed peak popularity with their combined social media fan base.

The family now have more than one billion followers – which is almost one eighth of the population of the entire world, which has an estimated population of 7.9 billion.

Make-up mogul Kylie Jenner, 24, is by far the most popular sibling from the Kardashian-Jenner clan, with 305 million individual accounts following her updates.

Much to the surprise of fans, Kim Kardashian has nowhere near as many fans as her younger sibling, as she trails behind with a still impressive 282 million followers.

Kim’s sister Kylie’s popularity is likely due to her cosmetics business, which has made her a multi-millionaire in eight years.

Not only has the 24-year-old got a bank account bursting with cash and a huge social media presence, but she was the first woman in the world to hit 300 million Instagram followers – beating the likes of Ariana Grande and Selena Gomez.

While middle sister Khloe Kardashian, 37, has 216 million followers and supermodel Kendall Jenner, 26, boasting 215 million loyal fans.

The eldest Kardashian sister, 42 year old Kourtney, has just 161 million followers – but has risen in popularity over the past year after shacking up with Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker.

66-year-old Kris Jenner, who is the family’s self-confessed ‘momager’, is close to hitting 50 million but her following currently stands at 45.5 million.

The girl’s brother Rob has 2.6 million, which means combined, the family have more than 1.2 billion followers in total – a number which rises daily and means the sky is literally the limit for the Kardashian-Jenner clan – especially when their kids are old enough to garner a following.

The family have gone on to become followed by almost an eighth of the entire world’s population, with many of their fans invested in their love lives, private lives and everything in between.
