Robert Downey Jr. looked fighting fit at 51 at the European premiere of Captain America: Civil War on Tuesday in London.
And the Iron Man legend has now revealed exactly how he keeps in shape with the secrets gadgets in his trailer helping to keep him in tip top condition for when he’s out fighting bad guys – or Captain America.
Speaking to Mirror Celeb at the premiere at Westfield shopping centre in Shepherd’s Bush, he said: “I manage to stay in shape some how.

“I do have a lot of electro medicine devices with me on set, so when Chris [Evans, who plays Captain America] was all bashed up after a fight scene I’d have him come in my trailer and I’d heal him up a little bit.”
The star opted for flared trousers at the premiere as he joined the likes of Chris, Elizabeth Olsen and Tom Holland on the red carpet.
Meanwhile, Robert “terrified” Tom – the 19-year-old actor who is making his Marvel debut as Spider-Man in the film.
The British star, who has some incredible scenes with RDJ, admits he was initially nervous to work alongside the star, but says he had no need to be as he welcomed him with open arms.

Speaking to BANG Showbiz, he said: “He is so cool. Robert Downey Jr is awesome. I first met him at my first screen test and obviously I thought Robert was terrifying but once I met him, he was down to earth, really cool and easy going.
“We got on really well and we work very well together. I’m just so happy these guys gave me the opportunity.”
And Tom admits he is still in awe of everything that has happened to him so far and says it is a “dream” to walk the red carpet in hometown of London.
