Photos obtained by DailyMail.com of Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck‘s stunning new $64 million mansion in Pacific Palisades show the gorgeous property on full display.
On Monday, it was reported the newlyweds were in escrow on the home after they recently pulled out of purchasing a property in the same community.
The new home is nearly double the cost of the first property they were planning to purchase but has more amenities, including eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.
The home sits on 1.13 acres and includes a gym, professional media room, game room, an elevator, and a massive backyard with a pool and firepit area.
In February, ‘Jenny from the Block’ listed her Bel Air estate of nearly a decade for $42 million after purchasing the nine-bedroom home for $28 million in 2015.
The home is located in the exclusive Pacific Palisades region, just north of Santa Monica and central Los Angeles.
Lopez, 53, and Affleck, 50, were first spotted checking out the property in February and insiders told TMZ they made frequent visits to the home.
Sources said they may be interested in making changes, however, the photos obtained by DailyMail.com show they may not need to make many improvements.
Equipped with eight bedrooms and nearly a dozen bathrooms, the home is perfect to accommodate their blended family.
Between Lopez’s children with singer Marc Anthony – Emmy and Max – and Affleck’s children with Jennifer Garner – Seraphina, Violet, and Samuel – the couple have five children.
Each child will have more than enough space to stretch out in the new home and invite plenty of friends over to enjoy the amenities it has to offer.
Equipped with a movie theater, a pool, multiple recreation and gathering spots, and a huge kitchen, there’s no doubt the family will be entertaining company.
One particular point of interest is the library, which includes multiple floor to ceiling bookshelves, perfect for any book lover.
The home is also located on a hill and faces toward a canyon, allowing for plenty of natural light to seep into all rooms throughout the day.
Another big seller could have been the personal elevator inside the property.
The home appears to have at least three floors, all which include rooms leading out to back patios or balconies.
And in case they want to let friends or family members stay with them but from a distance, the estate looks to include a guest house located just off the driveway.
The main house comes with space for three cars in the garage but plenty of additional driveway area for cars.
That extra space could come in handy as three of their children are approaching driving age, with Seraphina at 14 years old and Max and Emmy at 15.
Affleck and Garner’s daughter Violet is already 17 and has previously been spotted out on the road with both her mom and dad.
Another perk of the new home is that it’s just down the street from the Pacific Palisades residence Affleck shared with Garner for nine years while they were married.
Lopez and Affleck have been shopping for homes for months since deciding to list J-Lo’s Bel Air property for a whopping $42 million, more than the $28 million she had purchased it for in 2016.
According to reports, that home is currently in escrow with a possible buyer for $39 million.
Affleck recently sold off his mansion for around $30 million.
The other home in the Pacific Palisades area that the couple had been eyes was worth $34.5 million.
That property offers seven bedrooms and 13 bathrooms, and is located in the prestigious Rustic Canyon.
It also has a six car garage, detached guest house, a pool and dining room with fireplace as well as a chic bar.
On the patio is a jacuzzi and outdoor kitchen, according to its listing.
In addition to a wine cellar, home gym and health spa, the property’s primary suite boasts a private balcony, dual bathrooms and closets.
The extended search to find a home for the newlyweds and their blended family has been going on for about a year.
The pair were often photographed visiting high-priced properties around Los Angeles.
The A-listers nicknamed ‘Bennifer’ have been hunkering down by renting Australian billionaire James Packer’s $60 million Beverly Hills mansion amid their house hunt.
