As of March 1, Taehyung has a total of 77 posts on his personal Instagram (@thv) account, including photos and videos. All of his posts have exceeded 10 million likes, making him the first person in the world to do so.

Taehyung’s record is all the more amazing, considering the number of celebrities around the world active on Instagram and the number of top stars that have hundreds of millions of followers.

His impressive record has made it to South Korea’s national TV, including MBC News, and has been covered by prominent publications like W Korea.

Aside from this recent milestone, Taehyung holds a series of records with an undefeated streak that has earned him the title “Instagram King”.

To date, he has the most-liked post by an Asian act, with over 20 million likes on his Yeontan post.
