Amidst the members being introduced, Lisa went viral after fans found pictures from 2021 when the three idols were spotted going to a Thai restaurant in Seoul.
In the photos, the three idols seemed relaxed as they ate food and didn’t seem to be interrupted by those around them.
When the images were shared, Twitter couldn’t get enough of the way Lisa treated the trainees back then,
Yet, it isn’t the first time Lisa has gained attention for her treatment of the Thai trainees at YG Entertainment. Back in 2022, Lisa did an interview with Rolling Stone magazine as the group made history by being on the publication’s cover.

Like the BABYMONSTER Thai members, Lisa understood the hardships that came with moving away from home at a young age.
In the interview, Lisa showcased her true personality after she revealed that she formed a bond with one of the trainees. After explaining that she was 17 back in 2022, it seems like she was referring to Pharita.
There is a Thai trainee who reminds me of when I was young. I’m trying to take care of her. It’s not so much about giving advice. We eat together, go shopping. She’s 17 and has been here for nearly two years.

In particular, the support Lisa gave Pharita also meant that the young idol sent her own support to the BLACKPINK member when the group was performing in Bangkok.
Of course, being a K-Pop idol is tough and especially if you start training at such a young age like Chiquita and Pharita. It’s even tougher if you’re so far from home, so it’s reassuring that Lisa is there to take care of them and impart words of wisdom.
