The Rock on managing several things every day

Recently, in an interview with CNBC, Johnson shared how he plans his day and manages several things in a day.

He said, “I used to have this mentality … that, ‘Well, my plate is full. However, I’m going to make room for [more]’ — and I would find a way to do that. In many ways, I was forcing a lot of the things throughout the years that caused somewhat of an imbalance.”

Over the years, he has made a habit of doing several things at a time. He is a multi-tasker and has achieved success many times.
