10. ALVIDA

Alvida is the captain of the Alvida Pirates and the first antagonist encountered by Luffy in the anime present timeline. Originally, Alvida was a tall and very obese woman with long wavy black hair, and freckles on her cheeks. By eating a Devil Fruit, Alvida has transformed by shedding the excess weight from her body. The Sube Sube no Mi makes Alvida very slippery and, aside from the cowboy hat she wears, Alvida looks totally different from her original form, being slim, well-endowed, with dark-green eyes (before is brown), while maintaining her original hair. Most people that see her actually fall in love with her (as seen in Loguetown, even women), similar to Boa Hancock.

9. VINSMOKE REIJU / BABY 5

Vinsmoke Reiju, also known as “Poison Pink”, is the eldest child and only daughter of the Vinsmoke Family. She is a princess of the Germa Kingdom and a commander in its military arm, Germa 66.

Reiju is a slim young woman with shoulder-length light pink hair (darker pink in the anime), covering her right eye and curling upwards at the tips. She also has purple eyes (blue in the anime), and occasionally wears light pink lipstick. Like all the Vinsmoke siblings, she has distinctive curly eyebrows that form a spiral resembling the number “6”. However, unlike her brothers Sanji and Yonji, her eyebrows appear to swirl symmetrically in opposing directions.

Baby 5 is the alias of a member of the Happo Navy who is married to Sai, the Happo Navy’s 13th leader. She is a former servant and assassin of the Donquixote Pirates serving as an officer in the Pica Army. Baby 5 is a young woman of above average height. She has a slim but curvaceous well-endowed figure. She wears lipstick, a burgundy French maid outfit with white frills, matching high heel shoes, and various tan belts for carrying weapons. She has long black hair, which she wears slightly curled and adorned with a white lace headband.

8. REBECCA

Rebecca is the former crown princess of Dressrosa, who forfeited her title to live with her father and currently serves as a lady-in-waiting to the royal family. She is the granddaughter of Riku Dold III, the daughter of Scarlett and Kyros, and the niece of Viola. Rebecca is a fair-skinned, thin, and curvy teenager who is slightly shorter than Luffy. She has long, light pink hair, which she wears in a braid. As a gladiator, she wore a yellow scale armor bikini, with a turquoise paludamentum, as well as a ridge helmet, a pair of greaves and gloves, a high-heeled armor, and a necklace. She is considered extremely attractive and beautiful by the other gladiators.

7. KALIFA

Kalifa was the only female member of CP9, until she was dismissed from the unit by Spandam, who lied and blamed the team for the failure in Enies Lobby along with her colleagues. Kalifa is a slim, pretty woman with blue eyes and glasses. Her strawberry-blonde hair was about shoulder-length when she first infiltrated Water 7, and she grew it out over the years she spent undercover there. Her three measurements are (according to Vivre Card – One Piece Visual Dictionary): B93-W61-H92, making her breasts a G-cup in Japan. She has small studded earrings and usually wears outfits that reveals her legs and cleavage, much like Nami.

6. NICO ROBIN

Nico Robin is the archaeologist of the Straw Hat Pirates. She is currently the only person in world with the ability to read and decipher Poneglyphs, a skill which is considered forbidden and threatening to the World Government. After the timeskip, Robin’s black hair has grown longer, down to her lower back and is pulled back, revealing more of her forehead and ears. Her breasts have also grown much larger and rounder, like Nami’s, but apart from this her appearance has not changed much, save for the fact that both her body curves and hourglass figure have become more pronounced. Robin’s skin tone seemed to lighten with color (possibly due to the time spending training indoors). Unlike the other members, Robin did not grow taller. She remains at 188 cm. Her measurements are B100-W60-H90, making her breasts a J-cup in Japan.

5. NAMI

Nami is the navigator of the Straw Hat Pirates. Her dream is to make a map of the entire world. After the timekip, Nami’s hair has grown rather long, reaching down to her lower back. Her breasts have also grown larger and rounder, like Robin’s, and her body curves and hourglass figure have become more pronounced. Oddly, her face is now drawn to look younger: with her eyes bigger (with the irises now showing), droopier, and placed lower on her face; though this may be from the art style evolving. She also has grown slightly taller. Her height is 170 cm and her measurements are B98-W58-H88 (38″-22″-34″), making her breasts a J-cup in Japan. Most people consider her to be very attractive and beautiful.

4. VIOLA

Viola is a slender, well-endowed, and light olive-skinned woman of average height. She wears her long, slightly wavy dark brown hair pulled back and held in place by a rose, with a lock hanging to the left of her face. This rose is actually used to conceal a hidden dagger. Along with the red rose on her hair, she wears round earrings, purple stiletto heels, and a long, sleeveless white Flamenco dress with violet polka dots and maroon frills. When playing the role of Violet, an officer of the Donquixote Family, Viola fits the stereotype of the dancing women of Dressrosa; she seems to be very emotional and romantic but would not hesitate to stab a man who betrays her. She can use her charm to manipulate people, persuading Sanji to kill a man for her and luring him into a trap.

3. KOZUKI HIYORI

Kozuki Hiyori is the daughter of Kozuki Oden and Kozuki Toki. She was originally Kozuki Momonosuke’s younger sister but, with him having been sent into the future, has become older than him. Hiyori is a slim woman of average height. She has long turquoise hair that reaches her waist and blue eyes that are distinctively slanted at an downward angle. She wears fuchsia lipstick on her prominent lips. To hide her identity, Hiyori became known as Komurasaki, working as an oiran of the tayu rank, the highest of all. As Komurasaki, she is considered the most beautiful woman in all of Wano. Her beauty is so unfathomably great, that people can barely look directly at her. Her looks alone are enough to make people faint, go blind, and suffer severe blood loss via nose bleeds.

2. SHIRAOSHI

Princess Shirahoshi is the youngest of King Neptune’s children. She is also the current incarnation of the Ancient Weapon Poseidon, to the knowledge of very few. Shirahoshi is a giant-sized mermaid and is described as “cute but huge” in her introduction; this makes her roughly eight to ten times the size of Luffy, an average human, excluding the length of her tail; she can hold and hide Luffy in one hand alone.

She wears a cleavage-baring yellow halter top covered in pearls with a strap that widens and sticks out on the back of her neck. She also wears clam earrings and belly chains with a cloth hanging down in front. She has a very long light red and pink striped tail. Shirahoshi has been noted for her beauty, which has been said to rival that of Boa Hancock, and Garp stated that her appearance alone was beyond everyone’s expectations.

1. BOA HANCOCK

“Pirate Empress” Boa Hancock is the captain of the Kuja Pirates and was the only female Warlord of the Sea prior to the organization’s disbandment. She is the current empress, known as the “Snake Princess”, of Amazon Lily. Hancock is considered the most beautiful woman in the world. She has a well proportioned figure compared to her abnormal and huge sisters. She is very tall and slender with long black hair that extends past her waist with locks of hair that frame her face down to her chin and shows off her high forehead, dark brown (dark blue in the pre-time skip then changed to black after the time-skip) eyes with long, voluminous eyelashes and pale skin. She has a narrow waist and very large breasts.

Her three measurements are (according to Vinsmoke Sanji and series creator Eiichiro Oda in supplemental material): B111-W61-H91 (B 43.7″ – W 24.02″ – H 35.83″), making her breasts a J-cup in Japan. Prior to the timeskip, they appeared to be much larger than Robin or Nami’s breasts, but after the timeskip, this was no longer the case.Her extraordinary beauty is noted by many throughout the world: one of the Risky Brothers claims that her beauty is in second place of the mermaids, while others like Marguerite and Hannyabal claim she is the most beautiful woman in the world.
